I can't say enough nice things about Kathy and her business. Most people are worried about the pain of electrolysis, but it really is not that bad. There is no zapping noise (only a beep) and no smell of burning hair. Those were my exact fears when I went for the first time. Kathy had started and I wasn't even sure that the process had begun yet.There is nothing to lose by going in for the free consultation. Kathy will explain the procedure and walk you through any and all concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and does not pressure you to come back. The consult is information only and then you make the decision. Kathy keeps herself up to date on electrolysis and regularly attends conventions in order to increase her knowledge. Her credentials are impressive and her professionalism is outstanding. The results are different for everyone, as she will explain. I was happy that it worked for me. I was booking weekly appointments for 45 minutes and now I'm down to once a month for 20 minutes just to give you an idea. Again, this is just my personal experiences as hair growth patterns are different for everyone. Kathy is more than a person I visit once a month and has become a friend. We can share a comfortable silence while she works or we can catch up on life. She is very punctual and manages her time and appointments well. I've been rushed at the beauty salon before or while getting a massage. I've also never felt like she was not focusing on her work. I've had conversations in the past with other professionals and felt like the attention on the actual service was lost. (i.e. hair dye left on too long because I was chatting with my stylist).Heck, I've even stopped going to places over my relationship changing with a professional.
